Refund Policy

Bookaroo® is a ticketing facilitation platform. All events listed on Bookaroo® are organized and managed by independent event organizers.

Refund Responsibility

Refund and cancellation decisions are determined solely by the event organizer.

Bookaroo® does not set refund policies for events and does not independently issue refunds.

Requesting a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, cancellation, or ticket change, you must contact the event organizer directly using the contact details provided on the event listing or ticket confirmation.

Event Changes or Cancellations

If an event is:

  • Cancelled
  • Postponed
  • Rescheduled
  • Relocated

The event organizer is responsible for communicating with ticket holders and managing any applicable refunds.

Payment Disputes

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Yoco or Paystack) on behalf of the event organizer.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

The organizer is responsible for resolving the dispute with the payment provider.

Bookaroo® may assist with administrative support if required.

Financial responsibility for refunds and chargebacks rests with the organizer.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unless otherwise stated by the organizer, tickets are generally non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation.

Customers are encouraged to review event-specific refund terms prior to purchase.
